Garda's Health & Safety
Garda’s Health & Safety Program aims at establishing and maintaining a safe work environment, promoting effective health and safety practices, and making Garda a stronger, more cost-efficient organization. Two key objectives for the program have been identified: the prevention of work-related injuries and effective management of those work-related injuries that do occur. Supporting those objectives are five key priorities: fleet safety management, orientation & training processes, new formal health & safety practices, formal risk assessments and ergonomic improvements.
