Slavery and human trafficking statement
This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) for the financial year ending 31 January 2020. It sets out the steps that we have taken to identify and reduce the risk of modern slavery occurring within our business operations and/or our supply chain and demonstrates GardaWorld Security Corporation’s (“GardaWorld”) commitment to continually improve its practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.

International standards and certifications
Our international division, has played a central role in the development of standards within the security industry.
As a founding signatory of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC), the international division is a member of the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) and the International Security Management Association (ISMA), and adhere to the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR).
