Senior Account Manager Kevin McGraham Named 2026 Global OSPA Winner

GardaWorld Security – U.S. is excited to announce that Senior Account Manager Kevin McGraham has been named a 2026 Global Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) winner for Contract Security Manager/Director!   
 

The OSPAs celebrate and recognize the very best in the security industry – the individuals, teams, and companies who raise the bar and make a real difference in keeping people and organizations safe. This year marked the 2nd annual Global OSPAs, where top security professionals from 48 countries - already recognized as the best in their regions - competed for this prestigious honor.  Winners were revealed during a global livestream broadcast. 

From best in the country, to the best in the world

Kevin advanced to the Global OSPAs after earning the 2025 U.S. OSPA for Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director, a recognition he received for his work on the Downtown Portland Clean & Safe program. He has driven transformative change through compassionate, community-first security strategies.  

Under Kevin’s leadership since August 2022, the program has saved over 200 lives, achieved a 17-point reduction in theft and shoplifting, and improved downtown worker retention by 17 points. His ambassador-style security model has led to an outstanding client approval rating and substantial crime reductions. Kevin’s leadership has positioned the program as a nationally recognized blueprint for urban recovery. 

Reflecting on his Global OSPA win, Kevin shared: “I’m honored to be the 2026 Global OSPA winner for Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director. The GardaWorld Security – Downtown Portland Security Team shares this award with me. Without the hard work and dedication of the entire team, this award wouldn’t have been possible. Our clients, Downtown Portland Clean & Safe, are also major contributors to our success and deserve to be recognized as well. The partnership between GardaWorld Security – U.S. and the Downtown Portland Clean & Safe program was also previously recognized regionally with both the 2025 Outstanding Security Partnership award and the 2025 Outstanding Security Team award. Led by the Portland Metro Chamber of Commerce, the partnership has helped to restore order, trust and a sense of belonging across 213 city blocks since it began in 2022. The program has produced quantifiable results, affirming its value to businesses, employees and the broader community, and has garnered global attention as a blueprint security model for other organizations.
