Similar to yesterday’s update regarding our post-flood recovery and Broadview alternate facility relocation efforts, we are continuing to make headway. Our equipment vendors have prioritized our needs by expediting the service requests for repairs to damaged equipment, and fulfilling new orders.
We have received processing equipment from other Garda U.S. facilities which are now online. As a result, we are approaching the restoration of our complete real-time processing capability at both our downtown and Broadview facilities. We are now able to efficiently manage the workload, thereby streamlining the process and speeding our service capability.
All routes continue to run smoothly and all coin and currency orders are being completed in a timely manner. Our Garda U.S. team continues to provide comprehensive support to their Chicago team members as we continue our recovery journey.
