How we deliver superior customer service
GardaWorld conducts pre-deployment, on-site and upgrading customer service training for all of our employees to help our team members better understand client needs, and respond effectively to dynamically changing security situations. We also track key performance indicators to ensure our security services are delivered to the high standard we expect, and we regularly send customer surveys to gain insight on how we can further perfect our services.
The BOMA Pinnacle Award was presented to GardaWorld on May 16, 2019 at the Building Owners and Managers Association awards luncheon in Regina. This is the second BOMA Customer Service award we have received this year, as GardaWorld was recognized in the same category by BOMA Edmonton in March. These recent wins in Edmonton and Regina put us in the running to win the national award at the St. John’s BOMEX event in September.
