GardaWorld celebrates the World Quality Month
Promoted by ASQ, the American Society for Quality, the purpose of the World Quality Month is to encourage organizations and communities to become quality ambassadors every November.
“Quality tools, such as flowcharts and checklists, reduce mistakes and help produce superior products. Quality principles could reduce headline-making errors, like food safety, toy recalls, and financial disruptions.”
Quality is inherent to all our business practices. GardaWorld have been ISO 9001 certified since 2008. The NSBA Quality Management Award was also attributed to GardaWorld this year.
The Quality department manages quality audits and drives continuous improvement projects in 28 airports and 32 Protective Services branches where we operate. They also present the Quality Policy to each employee to ensure that they fully understand the importance of quality and continuous improvement.
