GardaWorld’s Chris Jamroz to figure prominently at International Economic Forum of the Americas

GardaWorld Cash Services President & COO, Chris Jamroz, will participate in three forums at this year’s International Economic Forum of the Americas. The first, “Engineering the Resilient Economy”, takes place in Miami, Florida on April 13th and 14th, where he will be the moderator of a panel of international banking leaders during the inaugural plenary session.

GardaWorld Cash Services President & COO, Chris Jamroz, will participate in three forums at this year’s International Economic Forum of the Americas. The first, “Engineering the Resilient Economy”, takes place in Miami, Florida on April 13th and 14th, where he will be the moderator of a panel of international banking leaders during the inaugural plenary session. Topics to be discussed include:

 

  • Risks that threaten sustainable economic recoveries

  • What emerging markets can do to adapt to the volatility in commodity prices and the spillover from the appreciation of the dollar

  • And whether quantitative easing will effectively stimulate the Eurozone economy and protect the region from a recession

  • Willem Buiter, Global Chief Economist, Citi (United States)

  • Herman Daems, Chairman, BNP Paribas Fortis (Belgium)

  • Luis Robles Miaja, Chairman, Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer; President, Asociación de Bancos de México (Mexico)

  • Justin Chinyanta, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The Loita Group; Executive Vice-President, Africa Business Roundtable (South Africa)

  • Warren Jestin, Senior Vice-President and Chief Economist, Scotiabank (Canada)

 

Following April’s forum, Chris will participate in “Building a Balanced Economy” which will be held in Montreal, Canada on June 8th – 11th and “Creating Opportunities in a Connected World” in Toronto, Canada July 8th – 10th.
