Human rights at the heart of KK Security's business practices

For KK Security, a GardaWorld company operating in Africa, equal access to employment and the improvement of employee working conditions are a constant concern. Therefore, it is with great pride that we have obtained confirmation from the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) that KK Security fully respects and abides by the labour law standards advocated by the organization.

The KNCHR audit, conducted from February 6-10, 2017 at KK Security's Kisumu branch, also shows that the company has made significant strides in ensuring the well-being of its employees. Furthermore, the organization meets all the legal compliance criteria in terms of minimum wage, training, sick leave, and medical records processing.
