Garda is Proud to announce our July Ambassadors!

 

West – Lisa Estevez

 

“If you don’t like a certain situation change your attitude”

 

Being a wife and mother of 4, Lisa understands the importance of team work. At work she takes on all tasks given to her with a positive attitude, grateful to take away a new skill from the experience. Her contribution to the Garda team is helping to make sure corporate runs smoothly.

 

 

Midwest – Jeanne Schultz

 

“Keep an open mind. Be ready for change”

 

Jeanne is most proud of how the team works together to get things done on time. Using her creativity and organization skills she’s able to manage the schedule and projects of a team of 21. She ensures projects are completed in a timely and accurate fashion. You can say she’s had some practice in her  home life managing a team of 13 – 3 children, 7 grand children and 3 great grand children!

 

 

Southeast – Brandon Robinson

 

“Listen to your managers, supervisors and crew leaders. What they say could save your life.”

 

By going above and beyond Brandon has emerged as a knowledgeable team member. Brandon was promoted to vault crew leader and quickly optimized vault check in procedures. Now he travels, training various branch staff on correct vault procedures. He is very fulfilled knowing that he makes a difference for the company. And in the life of his nephew by being a positive role model.

 

 

Northeast – David Lebron

 

“Come to work and work hard”

 

Setting an example that others want to emulate. At work David sets the example for his team by showing up every day, on time, in proper uniform and with a positive attitude.  By making his leadership a priority David was able to advance to the Crew Leader position. This has given him the opportunity to provide a better life for his wife and 3 kids.
