Our commitment to service delivery excellence

As part of our commitment to service delivery excellence, GardaWorld Cash Services is continuing to improve our operations and offer greater security and protection. The last two years truly defined our business.

Across the board, we have made unprecedented investments in people and technology to strengthen the key areas of our business to better service more clients in more places across the continent. We fully rolled out CashTrak™, our deposit tracking system across the United States and we deployed MoneyManager™, the most reliable single platform cash processing system, operating companywide. We continue to offer you peace of mind as a leader in risk management and regulatory compliance and the only fully ISAE3402 certified cash processing company in North America. All part of our commitment to be the partner of choice to our financial services, corporate, government and retail clients.

As the next step, we will now apply rigorously our operations best practices to all our transportation branches across the United States. We are building a better performing Cash Services platform that will deliver better solutions, coverage and service delivery for our clients.

With the approach of the holiday season—the most important business period of the year—we will be reviewing and re-sequencing our route structure to improve our service reliability and operations across the United States. With an increased level of risk during this time of year, changing our route patterns will also enhance the safety and security of our employees, our client’s employees, and their patrons.

Over the coming weeks, US clients may experience a change to service times. We are moving quickly to ensure we complete the change ahead of the holiday season.

While we understand that this may impact historical service times, the effort we are putting forward today is to enable the GardaWorld team to deliver on our promise for consistency in our service, and most importantly, the security of our client’s people and assets. This is just one of many operations improvements we are implementing to build a better performing Cash Services platform and deliver extraordinary client experience one service at a time, one pick-up at a time, one transaction at a time.
