"He was always there, asking me what he could do to help me," said Sergeant Fries.

The Patriot Award reflects ongoing initiatives to support citizen warriors through a wide range of measures, including flexible hours, pre- and post-deployment leave, family care and leave when needed.

The award also speaks well of the policies of GardaWorld Cash Services that so obviously support and value the military service of his employees.

For GardaWorld, recognizing and supporting our country’s Service members and their families in times of peace, crisis and war is of paramount importance.

The award confirms how much GardaWorld holds in high regard the values, leadership and unique skills Service members bring to the workforce and encourages opportunities to employ Guardsmen, Reservists, transitioning Service members and Veterans.

With these honors, GardaWorld is also pledging to provide managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage those employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.

We are proud of you, Ryan!
