Security Shift Supervisor, Brad Anstey, saves a life!

October 25, 2019

Operations Manager, Daniel Bosiljevac, knows Brad Anstey as a “hard working professional who’s thoughtful, considerate, and has excellent attention to detail.” Moreover, Brad is a devoted family man and proud father of two young boys, and now, we can also add “hero” to the list.

With over two years’ experience at GardaWorld, Brad Anstey, Security Shift Supervisor at Symcor, certainly knows the ins and outs of his role. But his work day on September 21 proved to be anything but ordinary.

While on duty in Mississauga, Ontario, Brad was called to perform an emergency medical intervention. He put his first-aid training to the test, administering life-saving CPR to an employee of the client site while 911 was being dispatched.

Thanks to Brad’s timely response and outstanding intervention, the man’s life was saved.

The team at GardaWorld and Symcor extend their appreciation for Brad’s bravery and professionalism. Great work, Brad!

Brad was awarded a Certificate of Merit by Jean-Luc Meunier and Colleen Arnold for his dedicated efforts.
