GardaWorld has been welcomed into the With Glowing Hearts initiative for their support of Reservists in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).

Initiated by the Canadian Forces Liaison Council volunteers in Alberta, With Glowing Hearts recognizes employers in Canada for having reserve-friendly military leave provisions as part of their Human Resources policy—demonstrating their understanding that reservists are not only part-time soldiers, sailors and aviators who are committed to serving their country, but also exceptional employees who make a positive contribution in the workplace.

Security guard jobs

Our security guards help maintain a safe environment for workers and the public. Depending on the industry, the security guard may be required to conduct patrols, implement contingency plans, prevent situations from deteriorating, or even track security flaws.

Airport security screening jobs

Our pre-board airport screening officers provide security screening services for all vulnerable areas of airports. This work requires vigilance, efficiency, as well as a talent for customer service.

The pre-board airport screening officer is responsible for:

Providing travelers with a safe and positive travel experience
Ensuring that all baggage complies with CATSA’s rules
Working on the frontline to be on the lookout for potential threats

These officers have to be organized, comfortable with sophisticated technologies, and able to work in a restrictive environment, all with a smile! We offer in-depth training, flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement and development, for both part-time and full-time positions.
