The travel information web portal allows your expatriates and corporate travelers to access continuously updated country intelligence about more than 180 countries as well as practical tips regarding daily life abroad. The website is composed of four main information modules:

The website can be accessed either through the Internet or through the Group’s intranet; accesses are authenticated thanks to the use of a personal and secure password.

24/7 Alerts

Crisis24 delivers 24/7 pushed alerts and intelligence reports to help anticipate any travel disruptions or threats against your teams abroad. Our real-time alerts detail all events impacting business or travelling abroad, from security conditions to outbreaks or transportation disruptions. Each day, about 30 email alerts are sent, with the possibility to delimitate the perimeter of the information by country, area or gravity.

Because your time is precious, Crisis24 monitors continuously the trips of your employees. Our analysts monitor your teams’ locations (booked tickets, reservations, online registration, GPS) to cross-check with events that could impact their security and/or disrupt their travel. A comprehensive report is sent to designated users by email from Monday to Friday allowing them to stay informed even when traveling, in meetings etc.

In case of a critical incident, Crisis24 notifies 24/7 the designated power users as well as the impacted travelers if there is a clear and present danger for their safety (E.g. Tsunami, major terrorist attack etc.).
