Air traffic controllers who cover southern and south-central areas of France have threatened to hold further strikes over the weekends of June 9-10 and June 16-17. According to Eurocontrol, negotiations between the two parties continue and as such the strikes could potentially be called off.  However, if they go ahead, flight delays and cancelations are to be anticipated, particularly at Marseille Provence International Airport (MRS) and airports on the island of Corsica.

Travelers are advised to confirm the status of their flights prior to departure for the airport.
