A portion of the Morandi Bridge on the A10 highway collapsed around noon (local time) on Tuesday, August 14, in Genoa amid a violent storm. Dozens of casualties are feared. More than 200 firefighters have been deployed to the site to conduct search and rescue operations. The section of the highway has been closed until further notice.
