National Airways Ethiopia announced that it will commence offering weekly commercial flights between Addis Ababa Bole International Airport (ADD) and Aden Adde International Airport (MGQ) in Mogadishu beginning on August 22, the first time such service has resumed since war broke out between the nations over the Ogaden region in 1977. The airline plans to operate three flights per week along the route.
