Operations will be suspended at Mexico City International Airport (MEX) on Sunday, September 16, between 10:00 and 13:00 (local time). The closure coincides with a military parade taking place in the capital on the occasion of Mexico’s Independence Day. No flights will take off or land at MEX during this four-hour period. Flights will likely be rescheduled to avoid this period. However, last-minute delays and cancelations cannot be ruled out.

Travelers are advised to confirm the status of their flights and contact their airlines for more information.
