The Rennes Public Prosecutor announced on Wednesday, September 19, that the stabbing incident reported on Tuesday evening (local time), September 18, is believed to be the result of an altercation and not an attack. The assailant was reportedly drunk during the brawl, which occurred at the Gaumont Cinema in Rennes. Two men were hospitalized, having sustained minor injuries.
