Trade unions have scheduled protests to take place in regional capitals of the country on Tuesday, October 9, to denounce poor economic conditions. Protesters will gather at 16:00 (local time) in these cities, including Kharkhiv, Lyiv, and Odessa. Associated traffic disruptions are possible.
On a related note, a union demonstration is set to take place in the capital Kyiv on October 17. Further details are yet to be released.
