German Police are responding to reports of an active shooter situation at the Köln train station on the afternoon of Monday, October 15 (local time). According to local sources, fire shots were heard at 12:50. The train station is being evacuated. No casualties were immediately reported; however, one person is reportedly detained as hostage in a nearby drugstore. Further details are still emerging.
