Panama will hold Separation Day celebrations on Sunday, November 4, to celebrate the country's 115th anniversary of separation from Colombia. Events will be held nationwide, with the largest celebrations taking place in Panama City, where a parade will be held starting at 09:30 (local time) between the Simón Bolívar park and Cinta Costera 3. A heightened security presence, as well as business and traffic disruptions, are expected throughout the country during the holiday.  


Individuals in Panama are advised to allow additional time to travel, anticipate crowded conditions, and obey all instructions issued by the local authorities.
