Intercommunal violence has left over 50 people dead and some 120 others wounded in Dhumey village (Somaliland) on Monday, October 22, into Tuesday, October 23. Additional clashes between rival clans are to be expected in the area over the coming days.  


Individuals in the Somaliland region are advised to monitor developments to the situation, avoid the affected area, and adhere to all instructions issued by the local authorities and their home governments.
