Poland's national airline LOT announced on Thursday, November 1, the end of an employee strike launched on October 18. Although flight operations are set to return to normal, residual disruptions are possible.


LOT workers launched a strike on October 18 denouncing unfair employment practices and demanding improved working conditions. Numerous flights were canceled and workers laid off over the strike period.
