More than 50 flights operated by Aerolíneas Argentinas, the national airline, have been canceled as of the morning of Thursday, November 8, due to a wildcat strike by pilots and ground staff launched around 07:00 (local time). Flights are notably disrupted at Buenos Aires’s Jorge Newbery International Airport (AEP; a.k.a. Aeroparque). According to the airline, operations will continue to be disrupted until at least 10:00.
