Heavy rain is forecast in the southern provinces of the country on Monday, November 19, and Tuesday, November 20. This is due to the passage of a low-pressure system brought by the remnants of Tropical Storm Toraji. The national weather department has warned that heavy rain is expected in the following areas: Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Ranong, Phuket, Krabi, Satun, and Phang-nga.
