Winter weather, including blizzard conditions in some areas, is affecting the Midwestern US as of Monday, November 26. The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued warnings for parts of the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Flight disruptions are expected, including at airports serving the cities of Chicago (MDW, ORD), Flint (FNT), Grand Rapids (GRR), Lansing (LAN, MCI), and South Bend (SNS). Knock-on disruptions are also possible elsewhere in the country as Chicago-O’Hare (ORD) is a major travel hub. Rail and road disruptions - notably hazardous driving conditions - are also to be anticipated. The disruptions could potentially continue into the coming days.

Residual disruptions are also possible in Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas, areas hit by the storm on Sunday.
