At least four people were injured in an explosion on a Frontier Railway train car while it was traveling through Assam state on Saturday, December 1. According to media reports, the blast occurred at approximately 19:30 (local time) while the train was moving between the Tangla and Harisinga stations in Udalguri district. The authorities are still investigating the cause of the explosion. Residual rail disruptions are possible in the area.
