Explosions and gunfire have been reported at the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Government of National Accord; GNA) in the Zawyt Al-Dahmani area of Tripoli on Tuesday, December 25. Unconfirmed local reports claim that Islamic State (IS) militants are responsible for carrying out the apparent ongoing terrorist attack. Further details are still emerging.
