Police have issued an all-clear and have reopened Heathrow Airport's (LHR) Terminal 2 following an earlier security alert on Sunday, January 6. Officials lifted the partial lock-down of the terminal at 14:45 (local time) after investigators cleared the suspicious item without incident. Residual flight disruptions (including delays and cancelations) are possible in the coming hours.
