The Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) has issued traffic weather warnings for southern regions of the country on Friday, February 1, and Saturday, February 2, due to forecast snowfall. Similar warnings have also been issued nationwide due to forecast snowfall for Sunday, February 3, and Monday, February 4. Consequent transportation disruptions (e.g. road closures and flight delays and cancelations) are possible in Finland over the coming days.
