Singapore authorities announced new foreign vehicle regulations on Saturday, February 2, banning the entry of those with unpaid fines. The measure will go into effect on April 1 and affect vehicles with outstanding traffic, parking, or emissions tickets.


Approximately 60,000 foreign vehicles enter Singapore daily, primarily from Malaysia.
