All flights operated by German airline Germania canceled, effective February 5, following bankruptcy

TIMEFRAME expected from 2/6/2019, 12:00 AM until 3/6/2019, 11:59 PM (Europe/Berlin). COUNTRY/REGION Germany

The airline Germania announced on Tuesday, February 5, that it was canceling all its scheduled flights - effective immediately - after filing for bankruptcy. Affected travelers are being advised to contact their travel agencies to make travel arrangements. However, the company warned that individuals who booked flight tickets directly with the company would not be entitled to a replacement flight.

Travelers are advised to contact the airline or travel agencies for more information.
