London Fire Brigade reportedly contained a fire in London's Canary Wharf area in the early hours (local time) of Saturday, March 2. Approximately 60 firefighters responded to a blaze on top of a commercial building at 00:39 on Saturday and successfully contained the fire as of 02:00. No injuries were reported. Public transportation routes were temporarily diverted or suspended during the emergency response and have resumed normal operations as of 03:15. Residual delays and related disruptions are possible in the near term.


Individuals in London are advised to anticipate localized transportation disruptions, including public transportation diversions and road closures, in the Canary Wharf area.
