The Collective Opposed to Police Brutality (COBP) is scheduled to hold its annual rally against police brutality in Montreal on Friday, March 15. Supporters will gather at Normand-Bethune Square starting at 19:00 (local time). During the 2018 demonstration, at least three police officers and one demonstrator were injured after clashes broke out. Police also arrested three protesters. Heightened security measures and localized traffic disruptions are expected around the protest site. Clashes between demonstrators and police officers cannot be ruled out.
