A military aircraft overran a runway at Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) on Tuesday (evening), May 7. The plane slid off Runway 27 around 23:39 (local time) on Tuesday and prompted authorities to close the runway, one of four used at BOM. According to local media sources, the runway remains closed as of 09:00 on Wednesday, May 8. Flight delays are likely in the coming hours.
