Police are responding to reports of a suspicious object outside of Perpignan train station in central Perpignan (Occitanie region) as of Friday afternoon (local time), May 31. According to local sources, all Sankéo buses in the area have been suspended; disruptions to SNCF trains are possible over the coming hours. A large police presence and road closures on Rue Pascal Marie Agasse et Rue Augustin Fresnel have been reported as of  16:00.
