The 2nd European Games will be held in the capital Minsk from Friday, June 21, through Sunday, June 30. Around 18,000 people from across Europe are expected to participate in the games along with an estimated 30,000 tourists who are expected to attend. Events will take place at sporting venues throughout the capital, including at DINAMO Stadium, Olympic Sports Complex, and other areas. President Aleksandr Lukashenko has announced that heightened security measures will be in place throughout the games at sports arenas, hotels, and other related venues. Crowded conditions, an increased demand for accommodations, and traffic disruptions are also anticipated in the city.
