A vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) reportedly detonated at the Al-Hawari Cemetery in Benghazi on Thursday, July 11, resulting in at least 10 casualties. According to local sources, the bomb targeted the funeral procession of Major General Khalifa Omar al-Mismari.
