In Rome, public transport workers have announced a 24-hour transportation strike, affecting all the ATAC network, including buses, metro, trams, and light rail services, including the Roma-Lido, Termini-Centocelle, and Roma-Civitacastellana-Viterbo routes, as well as the suburban bus routes operated by Roma TPL.

Widespread transportation disruptions are to be expected across the country during the strikes. Significant congestion is also expected, including increased road congestion.
