Officials indicated on Thursday, July 25, that rescue workers had recovered the bodies of 15 people following a deadly landslide near Asni (El Haouz province) on Wednesday, July 24. The landslide reportedly buried a vehicle transporting the victims in some 20 m (65 ft) of mud on National Road 7.

Residual localized traffic disruptions are possible in the area over the coming days.


Individuals in the abovementioned area are advised to avoid the area of the landslide and adhere to all instructions issued by the local authorities.
