Bus drivers in Pretoria are protesting for the seconding consecutive day as of Tuesday, July 30, to demand a salary increase of 18 percent. As of Tuesday morning (local time), drivers have parked buses on main roads across the Central Business District (CBD), bringing traffic to standstill. Police have been dispatched to try and unblock roads. Associated traffic disruptions are expected in the coming hours.
