A Cobham Aviation passenger plane crashed into a light tower and terminal at Perth Airport (PER) on Tuesday, July 30, at 14:20 (local time), causing the evacuation of the Cobham Aviation terminal. No injuries were reported.

It was not immediately announced as to when the terminal would reopen or whether flights will depart from other terminals. Flight delays and cancellations are possible over the next several hours. Flight disruptions may last several days.


Cobham Aviation operates flights for Qantas at PER.


Individuals traveling into or out of PER, particularly on Cobham Aviation and Qantas flights, are advised to contact the airline to confirm flights and schedule alternative itineraries.
