The train operator Northern has confirmed that rail service between Manchester Airport (MAN) and Wilmslow has been disrupted due to flooding in the region. Further, trains running to and from Crewe via Styal are not servicing the Manchester Airport station. Other trains in the network may be delayed or canceled in the coming hours.

Other associated transportation disruptions, including road closures and public transportation delays, should be expected over the next several hours.  


Individuals in Manchester are advised to monitor the situation, allow ample travel time, and obey instructions issued by the local authorities.
