On August 20, various groups will hold protests in Bicol province, notably in Albay, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Sorsogon, and Masbate. Furthermore, students from the University of the Philippines are planning to stage a walkout on the same day in Quezon City, with a march expected to start at 11:30 (local time) at Palma Hall, before heading to Mendiola and Liwasang Bonifacio.

A heightened security presence, along with transportation disruptions, are to be expected in the vicinity of all demonstration sites on both days.

Individuals in the Philippines are advised to monitor developments to the situation, avoid all protests and demonstrations as a precaution, and adhere to all instructions issued by the local authorities
