Flight operations at Munich Airport (MUC) have been suspended until further notice in the early morning (local time) of Tuesday, August 27, after one passenger reportedly penetrated the airport's secured area without completing prior security checks. Terminal 1 and 2 have been partially evacuated to allow security officials the opportunity to control the situation. Flight disruptions (delays and cancelations) are possible in the coming hours.
