A cargo plane has crashed at the Toledo Express Airport (TOL), prompting road closures on Wednesday, September 11. The crash involved the cargo plane and a parked truck, producing a fire. Police are on the scene and have closed Garden Road and Airport Highway. No injuries have been reported.

It was not immediately clear as to whether the crash will have any implications on departing and arriving commercial flights.

A heightened security presence and associated transportation disruptions should be expected for the next several hours.  


Individuals traveling via TOL or those commuting near it are advised to allow additional time to reach their destinations and adhere to all instructions issued by the local authorities.
