Media reports indicate that there are residual delays on British Airways flights on Wednesday, September 11, following a 48-hour strike by the airline's pilots on Monday, September 9, and Tuesday, September 10. The airnine stated that half of its 300-strong fleet is out of place and will take time to reorganize. Another 24-hour pilot strike is scheduled for Friday, September 27.

Associated flight disruptions, including delays and cancelations, are to be expected over the next several hours and days as service is fully restored.
