Flight disruptions have been reported at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) on Tuesday, September 17, due to low visibility caused by heavy rainfall and dense fog. According to local officials, domestic flights have been temporarily suspended, while some flights remain in a holding pattern over Kathmandu. A storm system has brought heavy rainfall to Kathmandu since Monday, September 16, and is expected to persist until Thursday, September 19.

Residual flight disruptions are expected in the coming hours and days.
