The Commercial, Stevedoring, Agricultural and Allied Workers Union (CSAAWU) is calling for a protest march in Cape Town on Saturday, September 21, to demand improved working conditions for farm workers. All farm workers and their supporters are being asked to gather at Hanover and Keizergracht Street at 10:00 (local time). Demonstrators are then expected to march towards the Norwegian and Swedish consulate. A heightened security presence and localized traffic disruptions are expected along the march route.

CSAAWU is calling for similar marches every Saturday until Saturday, October 12.
